These Terms & Conditions govern your use of services provided by Kim's Tailor & Alterations, operated by Yeugurt LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 408 N Kirkman Rd, Orlando, FL 32811.

Services

Kim's Tailor & Alterations provides clothing alteration, hemming, tailoring, and repair services. All pricing is provided at the time of drop-off and is based on the specific work requested.

SMS Program

By opting in to our SMS notification program, you agree to receive transactional text messages from Kim's Tailor & Alterations regarding your orders. These messages include:

Message frequency: 1-3 messages per order.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.

SMS consent is not a condition of any purchase. You are not required to opt in to receive SMS notifications to use our alteration services.

Opting Out

You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

To re-subscribe, reply START to any previous message or inform us at your next visit.

Supported Carriers

Messages are supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Order Pickup & Payment

Completed orders should be picked up within 30 days. Payment is due at the time of pickup unless other arrangements are made at drop-off. We accept cash and credit/debit cards.

Liability

While we take every precaution with your garments, Kim's Tailor & Alterations is not responsible for damage to items that are in fragile condition, previously altered, or have pre-existing defects not disclosed at drop-off.
